Steve
Krampf's 20 years in senior management positions for several best in

years in wholesaling. Mr. Krampf contributions to Tascam, Otari, Ampex, and Harman International
have been well recognized by colleagues and competitors.
Steve
holds a Bachelor
of Science in Industrial Psychology from the City University of New
York. He has augmented that education with post graduate classes from the University of Michigan
and other respected business organizations. |

Nat Hecht has over 20-years of experience in the professional audio industry in the areas of systems design, sales, marketing, and engineering. Nat has held positions as Editor-in-Chief at Sound & Video Contractor Magazine (S&VC), Senior Applications Engineer at JBL Professional, Product Manager at Soundcraft USA, Director of Sales & Marketing at D.A.S. Audio of America, and Brand Manager at Sennheiser Corporation. He received a B.S. in Engineering from Tufts University with concentrations in Audio and Architecture, and completed the certificate program at the Institute of Audio Research. Nat has become the industry’s “Applications Engineer”. |

Jon Durant has over 15 years experience in management and retail sales within the professional and consumer audio arena. In addition to owning and operating Alchemy Records, Durant has gained significant experience with such renowned companies as Lexicon, NAD, and Atlantic Technologies. Durant holds a BS in Marketing Communications from Emerson College and has studied Psychology, Philosophy and History at Northeastern University. Since 1996, Jon has been running his label, Alchemy Records, where he has also been active as a recording artist. Additionaly, his independent marketing firm, Alchemy Communications, has handled PR and advertising for LARES Associates, Cyrus Technology Group, and other firms. Along
with BrandInc Associates, Durant has also done significant work
for Parker Guitars, Tannoy and others. |

Anthony
Oakes is the founder of Sugar
Studios. His 14 years of
design experience began in New England where he studied graphic
design at the University of Connecticut and the Rhode Island School
of Design. His career path includes 8 years in Northern California where he directed catalog design and production, designed apparel graphics and retail visuals for Esprit, created style guides and web sites for Dr. Seuss Enterprises, and as Art Director for Moonstone Mountain Equipment, established an updated visual identity for the outdoor apparel company. His time is now spent working on marketing design projects for the Berklee College of Music, and acting as a contract Art Director for a Providence advertising agency.

Bob Tulloh spent 25 years in product development, marketing, and management for manufacturers of audio and/or video products, including Alpha Audio, Cipher Digital, Otari, and Communications Development. He has been directly responsible for implementing sales force automation solutions and strategic information systems. These experiences have given Mr. Tulloh a broad understanding of work-flow process solutions im the manufacturing environment, from product specification to marketing and distribution strategies. Combining formal studies of journalism and a background in engineering has provided Mr. Tulloh a sound basis for understanding issues and formulating solutions for manufacturers.
